• Appliance Details: Appliance category, brand, model, issue description, and photographs of damaged components.
• Transaction & Invoicing Data: Lead fees, inspection charges, approved repair quotation totals, and payment confirmation IDs. We never store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Dispatch certified appliance specialists to your doorstep within our 45-minute arrival commitment.
• Provide automated SMS and WhatsApp tracking updates regarding technician arrival and OTP verification.
• Track and honor your 90-day post-service warranty and generate digital GST-compliant invoices.
• Prevent fraud, monitor technician quality ratings, and resolve customer support tickets.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to advertisers. We share your address and phone number only with the assigned technician exclusively for navigating to your residence and completing the repair.

5. Security & Data Retention

All data transmission between your browser and our backend servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Your data is stored on ISO-27001 certified cloud infrastructure with automated daily backups.
